GM Colombia names new director of sales and operations

Mier (pictured) has worked in the automotive sector for more than 20 years in roles such as marketing, planning, exports and financing.

His previous posts have included Chile and Japan and he holds an undergraduate degree from the Universidad de los Andes with postgraduate studies in international business and negotiation strategies.

Mier said the business would work to expand into new market segments and enhance the ownership experience for customers.
