Esworthy brings extensive experience in media and public relations, internal and external communications, digital strategy, meeting and event marketing, storytelling, and crisis communication to her role.

Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Public Relations for the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) where she led the external communications and marketing strategy. In addition to her association experience, she brings professional society experience from the American College of Cardiology, ASIS International, and agency experience from her time at Spectrum Sciences Communications and Hisaoka Communications.

As Vice President of Communications & Marketing, Esworthy will oversee ELFA’s brand strategy, editorial content, multi-channel marketing, and media relations while fostering collaboration across departments. She will also serve as a trusted advisor to President and CEO Leigh Lytle and the senior leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on messaging, branding, and member engagement.

“Jane’s exceptional record developing and deploying comprehensive communications and marketing strategies makes her an excellent choice to enhance ELFA’s influence and impact with all of our key audiences,” said Lytle.

“Her strategic vision and leadership will help ensure we are 100% member-focused while we expand our visibility and outreach.”

“I am honoured and excited to join ELFA as Vice President of Communications & Marketing. I look forward to supporting ELFA’s members and showcasing the vital role the equipment finance industry plays in helping businesses thrive across the country,” Esworthy said.

” I am eager to work closely with the team to amplify our industry’s compelling story, enhance member communications, and drive ELFA’s continued success.”
