Millbrook Business Finance has appointed Coenraad Rossow as its new Sales Director. Rossow will take the helm of Millbrook’s 17-strong sales team at a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution in the rollout of a new growth initiative at Millbrook.

Rossow brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial finance across the UK and Southern Africa. Most recently, he served as Commercial Sales Director at V4B Business Finance, where he led SME financing initiatives and built high-growth, scalable operations focused on asset finance and commercial loans. His prior roles include senior positions at WhiteOak UK, Shire Professional Funding and Kampwater, where he led cross-functional teams and drove sustained growth in both asset and business lending.

Speaking on his appointment, Rossow said: “I’m honoured to join Millbrook Business Finance as Sales Director at such an exciting point in the company’s growth. I believe great leadership is grounded in agility, service to others, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Inspired by the principles in Excellence Wins, my focus will be on building a culture of trust, responsiveness, and customer obsession, empowering our team to deliver world-class service while driving toward our ambitious group growth targets.

“It’s a real honour to join Justin and the Millbrook team. What excites me most is the opportunity to help shape a full-service finance business that doesn’t just aim for growth but delivers exceptional value through service and leadership.”

Justin Amos, Managing Director of Millbrook Business Finance, welcomed Rossow’s appointment, saying: “I’m particularly excited to welcome Coenraad to Millbrook, as his appointment marks a significant milestone in our journey. With over five years leading sales teams of more than 15 people, deep expertise in commercial lending and asset finance, and a leadership style rooted in excellence, Coenraad is perfectly aligned with our Millbrook vision.

“He will play a vital role as we launch four new finance divisions—property, motor, professions, and vendor finance—sharpening our sales strategy and propelling team performance. This is more than sales leadership—it’s cultural leadership as we aim to become one of the UK’s most comprehensive and trusted business and property finance partner.”
