
Salary to £65k plus 50% bonus, electric car and excellent benefits package.
We have a rare asset finance opportunity to work for a well-recognised, growing and respected equipment supplier and leasing company who will be home-based within the sales territory of Manchester and Greater Manchester.
Summary of key responsibilities:
- Specialist in Asset Finance – providing excellent service and solutions to meet the customers’ funding requirements, in the construction and agricultural sectors.
- Excellent understanding of lending principles, and finance products (lease, hire purchase) with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Corporate business development – building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and dealer sales personnel.
- Hard asset product knowledge – plant, excavators, agricultural equipment (ideal).
- Strong focus on achieving business development and sales objectives.
- Completing own admin accurately, timely, including high value applications for facilities.
- Self-managing, working from home, based within the sales territory, with regular visibility at dealer and customer sites, attendance at trade shows, and events.
- Working knowledge of FCA Regulation and policy e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection, Know Your Customer, Treating Customers Fairly, the Conduct Rules (training provided).

- Experience of vendor, hard asset funding and structuring high value finance facilities, hire purchase and lease.
- Excellent corporate business development and negotiation skills, numerate, good organisational skills.

- Self-motivated and self-managing, positive attitude
- Effective communication skills – verbal and written
- Good admin skills, computer literate, able to use digital technology (training provided)
