UK dealer group Thurlow Nunn has agreed a major partnership with dealership software company incadea.

Incadea, which is a Cox Automotive business that works with more than 4,000 dealerships and 100,000 users across 21 countries, will provide the Vauxhall franchised dealer group with a full retail operating system.

It will bring DMS, sales management and service together on a single open-platform that is fully integrated with Vauxhall’s systems.

Paul Humphreys, managing director of incadea UK, said: “We are proud to partner with Thurlow Nunn and we are delighted that they have chosen incadea to help drive their business transformation.

“We are confident that the implementation will have a positive impact on their business by providing them with the right tools and support to drive efficiencies and growth. It is a hugely exciting project for both parties.”

Thurlow Nunn is an AM100 dealer group and one of the largest Vauxhall retailers in the UK, operating 14 Vauxhall dealerships across East Anglia and the South East.

Simon Bottomley, group managing director of Thurlow Nunn, said: “The introduction will undoubtedly transform the business and result in huge efficiency savings throughout our UK dealerships. It will free up time for our team to do what they do best – provide the customer with excellent service.”

Humphreys added: “We know that, on average in the UK, dealers use over 11 different systems daily, and they spend around two hours a day using them. This is precious time that could be used to sell or follow up on leads. The incadea retail operating system drives operational efficiency right across the business allowing dealers to concentrate on customer service and in turn, enhance the sales funnel, increasing lead conversions and profitability for those involved.”
