Relationship Management Team Leader – Asset Finance – North-West London

£45,000 – £55,000 Basic plus Bonus and excellent Benefits.

James George Recruitment has partnered with a Tier 1 Asset Finance House that is looking to add an additional Team Leader to join their Relationship Management team. The role will be hybrid with the expectation of being based at their offices in North-West London twice per week.

You will be proactive in managing the day-to-day performance, and flow of work, of the team: from quotation and credit applications, through to documentation being signed, returned and finally ready for payout. Your team work closely with the external sales force and the back office teams, enabling an efficient approach so that partners are paid on time. Another key priority of the role is ensuring the team has time to focus on finding new business opportunities and managing their own customer base.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Team Leader with excellent relationship management skills to join a prestigious and highly regarded Asset Finance House. Technical Leasing knowledge would be a strong advantage, but the main requirement is proven team leadership/motivational skills
