  • Supporting diversity and inclusion in their workplace
  • Promoting the industry outside of their regular job
  • Involvement in charitable activities

All entries plus a headshot (and name and company) should be sent to hello@leasingfoundation.org by Friday 13th September 2024.

A panel of independent industry experts will choose the final list. The winners will be announced and celebrated at an industry event in Q4 2024.

Nathan Mollett, director of the Leasing Foundation NextGen programme and head of asset finance at United Trust Bank, said: “We are excited to start accepting nominations for the Leasing Foundation’s 30 Under 30 again. If you know someone under 30 who is ambitious and making a real impact, please nominate them. It’s important to highlight our talented young professionals who are shaping the future of the industry. These young leaders are the ones driving change and innovation in asset finance. The 30 Under 30 is our way of recognising their hard work, celebrating their achievements, and supporting their growth. It shows them that their efforts are valued and appreciated.”
