Appointments Jean-Pierre Vissers joins Leaseurope’s Board Published: 1st April 2015 Share Jean-Pierre Vissers, executive vice president Europe at DLL, has been appointed as a new member of Leaseurope’s board of directors. Vissers is a Dutch national. Before joining DLL in 2010, he held various positions at GE Capital, most recently chief operating officer, Global Working Capital Solutions (2006 – 2010); managing director, Fleet Services Central Europe (2002 – 2006); and chief operating officer, European Equipment Management (2001 – 2002). He graduated from the Eindhoven University of Technology and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Leaseurope’s chair Enrico Duranti said: “It is an honour to welcome Jean-Pierre Vissers on the board and we all look forward to working together to promote our industry on all fronts.” He added: “Beyond our advocacy and research work, we will continue to act as the leading platform for the European leasing industry, while highlighting its contribution to sustainable economic growth in Europe. This is only possible thanks to a strong Board as well as active member associations.” Vissers stressed: “I am really looking forward to supporting the European leasing framework in Leaseurope and representing our industries’ companies, branches and associations.
