Our client is a well-recognised and stable leasing business offering tailored leasing and finance solutions to its established and diverse client base. We are looking for individuals who have the experience of managing a portfolio of asset finance clients.

You will be targeted to achieve the designated revenue objectives set by the Company, by proactively managing specified dealer relationships. This will include managing the set-up and on-boarding of new dealers and providing regular telephone contact with approved dealers. You will also ensure that introductory sources are reviewed in a timely fashion, achieving agreed conversion efficiencies and providing day to day management of accounts that ensure they receive industry leading service.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main contact point for specified dealers and customers ensuring efficient proposal flow and conversion into new business.
  • Proactively contacting, visiting and handling specific sales enquiries from these dealers, converting them into new business by negotiation and follow-up as appropriate
  • Monitoring and reviewing KPIs and SLAs with specified dealers, ensuring agreed sales conversion rates and service quality are achieved
  • Managing documentation completion requests from dealers, whilst continuing to develop the use of our digital platform by dealers
  • Participating in introductory source reviews in a timely fashion ensuring all dealers remain valid and compliant
  • Enhancing our overall relationship internally and externally by providing regular market feedback
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers, attending shows to ensure key program objectives are met and understood.

Experience Required:

  • Have a broad knowledge and understanding of commercial finance specifically within the sales aid vendor finance market.
  • Have a strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Can work under own initiative, but also as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Can demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in the asset finance sector or other leasing environment driving a portfolio of dealers and end users. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of assets and have the flexibility to work partly from home
