Appointments Chrysalis Loyalty appoints Lyn Howdon as head of global academy Published: 28th June 2018 Share Lyn Howdon has been appointed to head the global academy of Chrysalis Loyalty, the automotive loyalty solutions company. Chrysalis Loyalty currently operates in 12 countries, supporting more than 2,500 motor retailers with repeat sales through customer communication. Chrysalis focuses heavily on training for clients to help in the development of their own loyalty programmes. Howdon (pictured) most recently led the UK Academy for automotive video services provider CitNOW, and has 28 years’ experience in the industry. She is one of the pioneers of automotive customer loyalty strategy, having previously developed retention programmes for US-based Half A Car, which were successfully implemented in 600 dealerships in the UK, Europe and Australasia. She went on to lead dealer training for Kia Motors internationally, building the brand’s worldwide sales and service academy to cover 163 countries across five regions. Her other roles have included running her own successful business, focused on training and consultancy to improve customer loyalty, and implementing dealer and manufacturer retention programmes globally for Loyalty Logistix. Chrysalis Loyalty has also appointed Stephanie Falconer as UK account director.
