CHP Consulting announces senior organisational changes

CHP Consulting, provider of ALFA Systems, the software platform of choice for leading asset finance providers worldwide, has revealed a number of changes to its structure and operations in order to support its continued international growth.

Andrew Denton (pictured above), formerly chief operating officer, becomes chief executive officer, with Andrew Page moving to the new role of executive chairman.

Vivienne Maclachlan also joins from PwC as chief financial officer.

Andrew Page said: “It’s the right time for us to implement a new organisation to support our growth plans. I will continue to provide commercial oversight and strategic direction, and Andrew Denton will lead the company.”

Denton added: “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of CEO and leading the company over what promises to be an incredibly exciting few years. We have huge ambition to grow both our software and our business. To support those plans we continue to appoint the very best people and I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Viv Maclachlan, who has a stellar CV and brings talent and experience to the finance side of the business.”

Maclachlan said: “I’m delighted to be joining CHP Consulting at such an exciting time. CHP is a truly exceptional business and I’m looking forward to a long and productive career.”

She joins from PwC, where she has worked ever since qualifying as an accountant and where she held the position of director. She has over 10 years’ experience with the Capital Markets team.
