We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions, with a focus on new client requirements and implementations. The ideal candidate will excel at analysing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems and data to identify areas for improvement Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and requirements documents Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders Develop and maintain business models, process maps, and other analytical frameworks Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders Work closely with technical teams (development and test) to ensure proper implementation of solutions Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives Identify and analyze business risks and propose mitigation strategies Required Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting 5+ years working within motor lending and servicing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools Knowledge of project management methodologies Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration or related field Experience working with loan origination and/or loan servicing platforms Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) Experience with SQL and database concepts Knowledge of Agile methodologies Familiarity with business intelligence tools Basic understanding of programming concepts Six Sigma certification Soft Skills: Critical thinking and analytical mindset Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Problem-solving orientation Attention to detail with a ‘Big Picture’ focus Leadership and facilitation skills Ability to work independently and in teams Adaptability and flexibility Stakeholder management Time management and prioritisation Work Environment Work Environment: Permanent position Hybrid (remote/Cambridge) with extensive travel to client sites where required (up to 80%).
