They are looking to recruit a broker manager to drive the performance of new and existing brokers whilst developing the strategy to ensure they write good quality deals and build long term sustainable broker relationships.

We are looking for someone who has asset finance experience who has a strong background and reputation as a broker manager covering the Scotland region and wants to see the rewards for their efforts.

What is key is that the person can generate new broker introduced business and be able to put together new lending propositions to the credit team.
