Vehicle leasing and mobility solutions provider Arval Germany has announced a strategic partnership with Company Bike to expand its service portfolio. This collaboration introduces an innovative company bike programme aimed at promoting environmentally friendly mobility options for businesses and their employees.

In response to the mobility transition, regulatory measures, and growing environmental awareness, Arval Germany is enhancing its employee mobility offerings. By partnering with Company Bike, Arval Germany leverages industry expertise to provide more sustainable and flexible mobility solutions.

“Our goal is to offer companies and their employees a comprehensive mobility portfolio that creates both flexible and economic advantages,” said Nils John, Senior Mobility Lead at Arval Germany.

“With the integration of Company Bike’s leasing services, we are effectively expanding our offering and moving closer to a holistic, needs-based, and more sustainable mobility concept. This enables our customers to provide attractive mobility solutions that consider economic aspects and reduce CO₂ emissions.”

Under this partnership, Arval Germany will manage sales and integration of the company bike leasing programme, while Company Bike provides the digital platform and comprehensive services. These services include home delivery of ready-to-use bicycles or e-bikes, expert instruction, and nationwide mobile bike support across Germany.

“From e-car to e-bike—or both. With this partnership, we can inspire even more people toward sustainable mobility,” said Benedikt Kollmar, Chief Commercial Officer of Company Bike.

“We are pleased to work with Arval Germany to support companies and employees on their journey to a more environmentally friendly future. Smart mobility solutions offer enormous potential for active climate protection and the opportunity to improve personal health. Together with Arval Germany, we are creating an attractive offer for companies whose corporate mobility demands align with our vision of future developments in smart mobility.”

This partnership reflects a growing trend among companies to adopt sustainable mobility solutions, such as cycling, to address urban challenges like traffic congestion, road safety, and air pollution. Encouraging active modes of transportation, especially for local commutes, not only benefits the environment but also enhances employee well-being.
