Community Advanced auto finance training for Alphera senior team Published: 1st November 2017 Share ALPHERA Financial Services’ senior team in the UK is undertaking the Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) Advanced qualification. The commitment ensures that all of its senior team achieve the advanced level and Alphera will also be looking to roll out an accreditation scheme of its own. The new in-house programme will be developed with an industry partner and aims to serve as a gold standard, side-by-side with the SAF Advanced award, starting next year. Alphera director Spencer Halil said: “We have long been a strong supporter of SAF and the insight and training it offers. “With all of our team already certified with the basic SAF award, we felt it was the natural progression for our senior management to become SAF Advanced accredited, allowing them to provide the best guidance possible to the wider team, as well as sharing their knowledge with our partners. “Alphera has always had a culture of helping our staff and partners develop, embrace new skills and keep ahead of innovation, so it is a natural evolution for us to roll out our own training and accreditation.” Based in Farnborough, Hampshire, Alphera operates across the F&I sector with franchise dealers, independents and brokers, providing wholesale and retail finance packages and insurance products for new and used vehicles. Worldwide, Alphera provides vehicle finance solutions in more than 25 countries, including the USA, South Africa, Australia and Germany.
