​​​​​​J3434 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading UK-based financial services group in its search for an Associate Director, Business Development.

• The role requires well-established regional presence as well as a strong profile in the marketplace to identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities.
• This is a new business development role for an experienced dealmaker who can develop, manage and drive business performance in order to successfully compete in the Asset Finance sector in London & the South East of England region.

• You will maintain and execute an agreed business plan to include strategy for client acquisition and relationship management.
• Demonstrate and utilise expert product knowledge to maximise delivery across all channels.
• Responsible for the structuring of financial solutions & negotiation of all deals.
• You will be an experienced client face to face sales negotiator with outstanding business development skills with strong knowledge/ understanding of Asset Finance.
• A proficiency in the credit and underwriting process and a fluency in all manner of financial documents- able to analyse, draw insights and make financial services recommendations.
• Salary: c£90,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London & South East England (Remote). (Other locations / regions considered).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
