J3396 – Director, Asset Advisory – UK, Greater London preferred (Remote) – Asset Based Lending

Up to £85,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

​​​​​​​J3396 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading UK asset advisory, commercial and residential real estate consultancy in its search for a Director, Asset Advisory (Senior Asset Manager). You will be a qualified plant and machinery valuer for secured ABL valuations.

• Strategy: helping to drive the ambition and direction of the service line. Creating engagement with, and enthusiasm for, this vision and purpose across the organisation.
• Business Development: Identification and realisation of new short, and long, term opportunities. Encouragement and promotion of cross sales opportunities to deliver wider value.
• Leadership: Positive engagement of people to nurture success, effective relationship management and engagement with key stakeholders across the business, effective decision making and change management.
• You will ideally (though not essential) be a RICS qualified surveyor; registered valuer with experience in valuing plant and machinery.
• Your ideal background would be asset valuation with a bank or ABL company or an asset advisory company.
• Salary to £85,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Location: UK, Greater London preferred (Remote)

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly ABL valuations.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
