J3400 – Credit Risk Manager – UK, Marlow / Thames Valley (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

​​​​​​J3400 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of IT infrastructure to corporate and public sector in its search for a Credit Risk Manager.

• You will lead the credit underwriting and risk team supporting the rapidly growing and dynamic IT solutions business.
• You will be a passionate, highly numerate underwriter, able to work closely with the finance and sales teams as well as external stakeholders, insurance brokers and customers alike, to maintain credit risk controls within an existing framework and provide a unique service to customers.
• Strong ability to develop and execute credit strategy aligning with company goals and objectives. This requires critical thinking and creativity. ​
• Demonstrate the ability to think around a subject, considering risk implications of current policies and procedures. ​
• Team leadership abilities.
• Experience of credit risk and lending structures, preferably in IT finance with knowledge of automated scorecards.
• Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Marlow / Thames Valley (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
