£65,000 – £85,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.

​K3398 – New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for an AML Manager.

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational activities related to Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions, as well as manage a team of AML Specialists.
• The team specifically focuses on Customer Onboarding and management of Customer Ongoing Due Diligence.
• This is a certified role and requires hands on responsibility for the oversight of the company’s AML/CTF framework in the 1st line.
• You will have financial services experience with a strong understanding of the full operational process with knowledge and understanding of Compliance legislation.
• Excellent team leadership experience.
• AML / Compliance qualifications desired.
• Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Hertfordshire (Office)

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
