Beyond internal initiatives, Jazmine has actively promoted CGI and its corporate social responsibility efforts to external stakeholders, enhancing brand awareness and driving conversations around important topics. She has also showcased her thought leadership through various mediums, further boosting the reputation of the business in the industry. In her role within the growth team, Jazmine has played a critical role in lead generation and innovation within the asset finance and mobility sector. She is actively involved in organising thought leadership sessions to elevate the business’s reputation, establish trust and credibility and enhance client engagement and drive business growth. Jazmine has cultivated strong relationships with asset finance associations, driving conversations and opportunities for prospect engagement. Engagement in workshops like NextGeneration allows Jazmine to network and collaborate with fellow young professionals and industry leaders, facilitating meaningful discussions on industry trends and challenges. Her advocacy for the industry extends to both internal and external platforms, where she educates individuals about the intricacies of asset finance, thereby raising awareness and promoting understanding beyond the sector. Jazmine recently achieved a “New Voices” recognition from Leicester University and Leicester Spacepark, an initiative run for International Women’s Day that celebrates younger and upcoming stars of the future.
