Under the agreement, Alba Leasing consolidates its position as Italy’s premier interbank leasing network, leveraging Banca Sistema’s extensive commercial presence to expand its distribution reach. Banca Sistema, in turn, enriches its product portfolio by introducing Alba Leasing’s instrumental leasing solutions, branded real estate, energy leasing, nautical leasing, and subsidised leasing products. The partnership benefits a broad range of clients, including multinationals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These customers can now access tailored financing options for diverse assets while drawing on Alba Leasing’s extensive expertise. In 2023, Alba Leasing recorded approximately 10,000 contracts, totalling €1.7 billion, securing a 7.8% market share in Italy’s leasing sector. Angelo Abelli, Market Director at Alba Leasing, emphasised the importance of the collaboration: “The agreement signed with Banca Sistema allows us to collaborate with a leading specialised banking partner to make our wide range of products available to the bank’s customers.
