News SAF Solutions funds over £86m of modular construction projects in past two years Published: 5th July 2023 Share SAF Solutions (SAF), UK provider of bespoke finance and commercial agreements, has reported a record two years in the modular construction sector, funding over £86m of modular projects across the public and private sectors. SAF has been providing companies with alternative procurement routes for UK businesses utilising their bespoke financial solutions since 2007. Their work spans healthcare, green technology, research and innovation and modular building sectors, having successfully funded over £500 million in projects of all shapes and sizes. Following a significant increase in demand for alternative procurement methods for modular construction projects in the healthcare sector, SAF has developed more than £86m of finance agreements for numerous modular projects over the past two years alone, including working in close collaboration with Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Premier Modular to produce the biggest modular NHS facility to date at the Willowfield outpatients facility at Kings College Hospital. These finance agreements provide alternative funding routes, allowing for faster access to investment in new, industry-leading infrastructure that will expand capacity whilst enhancing patient and staff experience. Jane Tabiner, Managing Director at SAF Solutions said: “Our team takes immense pride in the remarkable accomplishments we have achieved in the modular sector, particularly over recent years. We have seen significant growth in modular construction, with a marked demand within healthcare. “Finance agreements offer an attractive alternative for companies needing to invest in new facilities, but don’t have the available capital to do so. Our extensive expertise within modular construction and the healthcare industry makes us perfectly placed to provide support. “It’s astonishing to reflect on the past two years in particular. We have already developed and delivered the finance agreements for nine modular projects, with plenty more in the pipeline due for completion. “Our extensive understanding and experience in the modular sector have paved the way for us to develop tailored financial solutions, making even the biggest, most ambitious projects possible through flexible finance. “We’re excited to continue partnering with modular suppliers further solidifying our expertise and ensuring further growth!” Lisa Laverick Editor - Asset Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories NewsUS equipment finance confidence hits three-year high NewsVolkswagen Group hits highest European market share in 3 years NewsAuto Trader predicts growth of new and used car market in 2025
