A highly respected vendor and equipment finance company who operate across a broad range of assets is looking to recruit a Team Leader.

The purpose of the Team Leader Account Management Channel Finance role is to lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to develop, build and maintain excellent relationships with our existing and new Vendors, IT Resellers (Partners) to deliver best in class service in order to maximize volumes and profitability.

The Team Leader will have responsibility for individual Channel Finance programs with Vendors, IT Resellers and in addition will provide guidance, instruction, direction, training and leadership to a team of Account Managers to building and maintaining strong relationship, working collaboratively with other functions to deliver a first class service to the Partners under his/her responsibility.

The Team Leader Account Management Channel Finance together with the Account Managers forms part of the Sales function reporting to Head of High Tech Vendor.

The Team Leader provides training and guidance to the Account Managers, monitoring their quantitative and qualitative achievements and reports into the Head of HTV.

The Team Leader inspires and motivates the team, communicates clear instructions, provides feedback and support, delegate’s tasks and sets projects deadlines, develops strategies and makes best use of the team’s skills to achieve the shared objectives.
