Spectra254, a provider of UV-C light disinfection solutions, has launched a complete offering of alternative financing programs to allow customers to rent any of its Spectra UVC disinfection solutions.

The rental program is effective immediately and is open to new and current customers.

Spectra254 has partnered with Americorp Financial to offer its entire suite of UV-C light disinfection solutions to healthcare facilities, clinicians and others through its rental program.

The systems may be rented for up to three years, at which point the customer has the option to purchase, return or re-rent the disinfection solution.

Spectra254’s finance program, in partnership with Americorp Financial, offers a variety of solutions to meet most budget requirements with flexible terms and payment schedules.

Sanford Green, senior executive of Spectra254 said: “One of Spectra’s core missions is to make it easy for our customers to acquire the latest technology in infection control. The launch of our alternative financing programs relieves our customers from the typical capital budget challenges by allowing them the opportunity to acquire systems under existing operating budgets,

“As is our standard practice, all Spectra254 products acquired under these programs include our industry exclusive three-year warranty.”

Mark Johnson, national sales manager for Americorp Financial, stressed that the rental program is designed to meet FASB-13 Guidelines, which allows a rental to be viewed as a monthly operational expense.

More and more healthcare facilities have begun to implement UV-C light disinfection solution systems to complement their terminal cleaning process to eliminate pathogens such as MRSA, C. difficile spores and CRE.

Independent laboratory tests show that Spectra254 systems are 99.9%  effective at killing superbugs and other pathogens.

Americorp Financial has a 30-year history of working with advanced technology companies like Spectra254, and with some of the largest healthcare manufacturers in the country who also seek to speed up the funding process for their customers.

Earlier Spectra254, reached a three-year agreement with one of largest and most experienced non-profit cooperative group purchasing and shared services organizations in the US, the Mid-Atlantic Group Network (Magnet) of Shared Services.

The agreement, which was effective on July 1, 2015, allows Magnet Group’s thousands of participating healthcare facilities to begin purchasing Spectra254’s UVC light disinfection solutions.
