Sofico launches Miles Retail Program with new modules

Sofico, a software provider of end-to-end solutions for automotive finance and leasing companies, has unveiled its new Miles Retail Program, enhancing its comprehensive Miles Enterprise platform.

The program introduces three new modules—Miles Dealer Point of Sales, Miles Showroom, and Miles Customer Self-Serve—designed to integrate both fleet and retail operations on a single platform. The initiative aims to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and help automotive finance providers manage increasingly complex customer journeys.

The new Miles Retail Program leverages Sofico’s Miles Enterprise system, which is already renowned for managing large corporate fleets. With these enhancements, automotive finance and leasing companies can seamlessly cater to both professional fleet customers and retail clients, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and private individuals. The Miles Retail Program is built around three core modules, each designed to address specific market needs:

Miles Dealer Point of Sales: This module equips automotive sales networks with advanced tools for managing quotations and origination offers. It provides real-time updates on customer profiles, credit applications, and promotional offers, allowing sales teams to generate competitive and tailored deals. By streamlining the sales process and providing greater visibility, the module enhances customer satisfaction and improves conversion rates.

Miles Showroom: This module allows automotive finance providers to engage with customers online, offering an intuitive digital journey from browsing vehicle options to completing financing and contract processes. Customers can independently explore financing options, request personalized quotes, and even track vehicle delivery, all within an integrated system. This feature captures customer interactions to generate valuable data, helping providers improve follow-up strategies and foster customer loyalty.

Miles Customer Self-Serve: This self-service portal empowers customers to manage their contracts and personal data autonomously, significantly reducing the need for back-office support. By allowing users to handle inquiries, make changes, and access information independently, it helps automotive finance providers scale their operations while improving customer satisfaction and retention.
