Appointments Odessa appoints new CEO and Co-Founders move to Executive roles on the Board of Directors Published: 19th April 2023 Share Odessa has announced that co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Madhu Natarajan (pictured) will transition to a newly created role of Executive Chairman, and experienced software leader Eric Bernstein will become Chief Executive Officer effective May 1, 2023. Bernstein is joining Odessa from EquityZen, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and oversaw EquityZen’s strategy and delivery of its solutions. Prior to EquityZen, Bernstein served in various senior leadership roles at Broadridge Asset Management Solutions, eFront, Sophis, and LineData. To further support Odessa’s growth momentum, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Jay Mehra, will also transition from his current role and become Vice-Chairman effective May 1, 2023. Stepping into the role of Chief Technology Officer is Roopa Jayaraman, Odessa’s current Managing Director in India and a key part of company programs and leaderships for nearly a decade. The company is also promoting Sumit Maheshwari to the role of Chief Financial Officer from his current position of Senior Vice President of Finance. “Jay and I are excited to shift our focus to strategic opportunities that will enable long-term growth and maximize the value we bring to our customers.
