Novuna Business Finance enhances quick quoting on Mercury

Novuna Business Finance has significantly improved Mercury, its front-end proposal management and tracking system, by delivering innovative quick quoting enhancements.

The new functionality builds on the existing feature which enables Introducers to create quick quotes for their customer without needing to enter full proposal details upfront.

With quick quoting, users are now able to:

  • Save quotes they’ve generated, storing them safely for them to return to later
  • Find and amend existing quotes, making any changes required to the details
  • Create multiple versions of the quote, to provide comparisons for customers
  • Generate Novuna branded quote documents, which are sent by email with all the details already filled in
  • Convert quotes to a full proposal when the customer is happy to go ahead
