Novuna Business Finance has been awarded the prestigious ServiceMark accreditation, with distinction, from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

The ServiceMark accreditation is awarded based on both customer satisfaction and employee engagement, helping organisations understand the effectiveness of their customer service strategy from multiple touchpoints and identify areas for improvement.

Novuna Business Finance is now one of only 23 companies in the UK to have been recognised by their customers and staff at this superior level.
