Appointments New promotions at Leaseurope Published: 7th April 2015 Share Jurgita Bucyte and Hayley McEwen have been promoted to the positions of senior adviser in statistics and economic affairs respectively with immediate effect. Bucyte (pictured above) originally joined the federation as adviser in statistics in 2009 and McEwen (pictured below) as adviser in economic affairs in 2011. They both bring a wealth of experience to their new role and will report to the director general. They will be assisted in their work by recently-hired junior adviser in statistics and economic affairs, Charles Low. Both will be responsible for managing and developing the growing research activities of the federation, a cornerstone of Leaseurope’s strategy. Other key responsibilities include managing Leaseurope’s statistical surveys, the Federation’s statistics committee, the Leaseurope Index, the joint Leaseurope/ Invigors Business Confidence Survey and Leaseurope’s Ranking Survey for European leasing firms. Leaseurope’s director general Tanguy van de Werve commented: “Leaseurope’s data collection and research activities have grown significantly over the past six years. With the support and contribution of our members, we have successfully brought to market unique and high-value reports and products.
