Appointments New aircraft finance partner at law firm CMS Published: 15th May 2014 Share CMS London has appointed Keith Wilson as head of aircraft finance and a partner in the growing asset finance team being built up at the global law firm. Wilson joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner and has 25 years’ experience in aircraft finance, representing clients across a wide variety of transactions including debt and capital market transactions, leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions and sales. He also has experience oil and gas financing and leasing particularly reserve based lending, vendor financing, ship finance and real estate finance. Rita Lowe, head of banking and international finance said: “Keith is an extremely experienced and widely recognised practitioner in aviation finance.
