New aircraft finance partner at law firm CMS

CMS London has appointed Keith Wilson as head of aircraft finance and a partner in the growing asset finance team being built up at the global law firm.

Wilson joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner and has 25 years’ experience in aircraft finance, representing clients across a wide variety of transactions including debt and capital market transactions, leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions and sales. He also has experience oil and gas financing and leasing particularly reserve based lending, vendor financing, ship finance and real estate finance.

In April 2013 Tim Elliott, a specialist in aircraft, shipping and offshore marine financing, joined CMS as an asset finance partner in its international finance group.
