Part of the Star Asset Finance network, Kennet has adopted the true cloud Leasepath platform across the entire enterprise, giving them a centralized hub to empower their teams to deliver quickly and consistently for their customers. Kennet previously experienced significant bottlenecks in their origination workflow due to a variety of factors, including that their CRM and lease origination solutions were not integrated. As a result, goals for the project were to simplify key business processes, modernize core systems, and align disconnected business units by centralizing all data into a single cloud solution. “Our goal was to provide our customers and sales teams the best possible experience when applying for equipment finance. Leasepath will allow us to streamline our processes to provide an even better experience to our customers.” said Tim Tainty, Operations Director with Kennet. Leasepath and Kennet partnered to configure the platform to drive faster processing of applications even while maintaining Kennet’s unique team-based selling and shared services approach. Other benefits of the implementation included more immediate customer service, better informed decisions, and more opportunity for Kennet teammates to focus on their customers. “Kennet wants to provide the best tools to enable our team to do their best work,” said Paul Slapa (pictured), Group Commercial Director with Star Asset Finance. “Leasepath allows us to innovate and explore new opportunities for growth, giving us a head-start on adopting new practices, ideas, and technologies that could benefit our customers.” “It was a pleasure working with the excellent teams at Kennet to bring the core tenets of an Intelligent Workplace to life, including a digitized, modernized, and simplified operating environment supported by great technology,” said Jeffrey Bilbrey, Leasepath CEO. “Moving off a vanilla salesforce solution to the more powerful Microsoft Dynamics environment tailored specifically for asset finance needs by Leasepath means more efficiency for not only Kennet, but for their customers and business partners too.” Lisa Laverick Editor - Asset Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories TechnologyLendscape appoints Gareth Evans as Chief Revenue Officer Conference ReviewsVAMOS unveils Lucero: Transforming financial services with AI Technology iVendi and Close Brothers Motor Finance form new partnership
