Appointments Katie Emmel promoted to COO at International Decision Systems Published: 24th October 2016 Share International Decision Systems, the global provider of equipment finance software, has promoted Katie Emmel to chief operating officer. “Ms Emmel brings a wealth of industry knowledge and deep IDS product experience and has the trust of our customers and the equipment finance industry alike,” said Michael Campbell, IDS CEO. “Her proven track record will help ensure continued successful customer upgrades to InfoLease 10 and the latest Rapport versions as well as the addition of new customers globally.” Most recently Emmel was senior vice president of IDS product management and product marketing. She was instrumental in the transformation of IDS’ core product, InfoLease 10, to a modern, highly extensible platform. In her capacity as COO, she will add oversight of the global professional services and support organizations to her expanded leadership role. Katie Emmel has been involved in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) for many years having served on the Operations and Technology Committee and was recently appointed to the Equipment Leasing Finance Foundation (ELFF) board.
