K3484 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of funding solutions to UK businesses in its search for a Head of Operations to collaborate with other members of the Asset Finance leadership team to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.
- Lead, manage and mentor regional Sales Support and Payouts teams.
- Develop a culture of operational efficiency to drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance is delivered.
- 5+ years’ experience in a middle/senior management position within the Asset Finance
- industry (preferably Hard Assets).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
