Auto Finance News findandfundmycar.com generates £6m of finance quotes in two weeks Published: 2nd February 2018 Share Car search and finance website findandfundmycar.com has received more than one million searches in the two weeks since its launch. The innovative UK challenger website, which went live in January, has also provided nearly £6 million worth of car finance proposals, provided by dealers on the site. More than half of all car searches included a dealer finance search, around twice the estimated level of dealer finance engagement that is seen at the point of sale. The dealer-driven classified car sales service is led by business head Phil Morgan, who was part of the team that established GoCompare as a leading name in the UK insurance market. It is backed by MotoNovo Finance, with a commitment to charging standard rates irrespective of a dealer’s size, while all income will be invested back into the site’s development. During its launch, it was endorsed by the industry’s official body, the Independent Motor Dealers Association. Morgan said: “We are delighted with the impact achieved by findandfundmycar.com in its first two weeks and the growing level of dealer involvement and support. “There can be no question that the high impact marketing has helped the brand break through, creating high levels of consumer awareness and recall.” The advertising campaign has been seen by around 25 million viewers. Morgan added: “The campaign is not subtle; it is high-impact fun and, based on the evidence, it is working. findandfundmycar.com is selling cars and finance for and with dealers.” Asset Finance Connect Asset Finance Connect brings you news and updates about UK and European auto, equipment and asset finance providers.
