ELFA opens nominations for Operations & Technology Excellence Award

The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) has announced it is accepting member nominations for its 2015 Operations & Technology Excellence (O&TE) Award, which recognizes innovation.

“The O&TE Award highlights recent innovative implementations where equipment finance companies have invested in the areas of process re-engineering and the use of technology,” said Hal Hitch, director of global operations at CIT Equipment Finance and O&TE Award subcommittee chair.

The award will be presented to up to two winners at the ELFA Operations & Technology Conference, which is being held in Philadelphia from September 16-18.
The O&TE Award program identifies and recognizes equipment finance organizations that are focused on innovation and encourages wider sharing of ideas. Submissions may include—but are not limited to—a new initiative, business model, consolidation, efficiency or digital transformation project.

As well as recognition at the September conference, winners also receive industry-wide acknowledgement at the 2015 ELFA Annual Convention, to be held in San Antonio in October, as well as coverage in the association’s magazine, and on the ELFA website, social media channels and in its e-newsletter.
