ELFA Equipment Management Conference

With less than a week to go, the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) has issued a reminder of its Equipment Management Conference, to be held in Miami from February 22 to February 24.

The event offers industry professionals the opportunity to evaluate the current market conditions, portfolio quality and residual values for a variety of equipment segments, and close to 300 asset managers, equipment appraisers and remarketers are expected to attend the 26th Annual ELFA Equipment Management Conference.

Highlights of the three days include live, on-site inspections of specialty equipment; off-site equipment tours; an exhibition of equipment appraisers, remarketers and others; and an update from economist Mekael Teshome of PNC Financial Services Group.

As well as networking opportunities, the conference qualifies for ASA re-certification and offers a range of education sessions covering topics such as regulatory changes; legal updates; analysis of the energy sector and its impact on equipment; and the intermodal transport market. There will also be a look at market trends in medical imaging and oncology, information technology, rail, material handling, marine, semiconductor manufacturing, trucks/trailers and agriculture equipment.
