We provide hire purchase, leasing and refinance facilities for vehicles, equipment, plant and machinery etc as well as loans for legal and medical professionals to cover tax liabilities, PII and practicing certificates. Our broker portal enables brokers to process deals up to £250k, delivering an automated agreement in principle (AIP) decision within 24 hours or less and providing our expert team the added resource to support directly with more complex enquiries.

In addition to our asset finance facilities, Shawbrook serves the SME market through a diverse range of products including asset-based lending, commercial loans, development finance and structured finance. We structure funding for management buy-outs, acquisitions and working capital requirements and can assist non-bank specialist lenders looking to build or grow their own book, using Block Discounting and Wholesale Finance. We also arrange funding solutions for healthcare providers, investors, established property developers and landlords across Bridging, Buy-to-Let, Commercial Investment.
