Audit Manager – Invoice Finance /ABL – London / South East

To £70k pa plus car allowance, bonus plan and benefits package.

Our client is an established and growing provider of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending. We are look for someone to join the team who has experience in auditing clients in the sector. You may be working for another independent or bank provider or working for one of the audit agencies.

Task and Responsibilities:

• To be able to audit the receivables of clients with an awareness of the credit rationale of the client
• To be able to audit receivables of varied complexities and reporting appropriately for the specific receivable
• To be able to manage a panel of third party auditors (and valuation firms)
• To proactively ensure that audit and verification frequencies are being met
• To be able to liaise with other stakeholders in order to make appropriate changes to the audit and verification process
• To be able to assess the findings of audits and verifications with a commercial, risk-based-approach
• To contribute to the development of the operational risk processes
• To be familiar with client risk grading models and contribute to its development
• To ensure that client audits and verifications are performed within specified guidelines, efficiently and effectively
• To perform client audits
• To oversee the outsourcing of audits and verifications
• To review and improve the audit and verification outsource process and continually assessing / improving underlying work books and reports
• To perform occasional surveys

If you have at least 5 years’ experience working in a Credit Risk/Survey/Audit role and at least 2 years’ experience working directly in Invoice Finance / ABL space, then we want to hear from you.
