GE Capital’s Equipment Finance (EF) has named Cynthia Caine as leader of vendor finance programs for technology and diversified industries with responsibility for expanding the programs and attracting new resellers and dealers in the technology, industrial and golf and turf industries.

The technology and diversified industries portion of EF’s vendor finance practice manages 40 finance programs and works with more than 1,700 independent and manufacturer-affiliated dealers and resellers across the US.

“Companies in the equipment space often face issues that are separate from financing,” said Jim Kelly, managing director of EF’s vendor programs and business development team. “I’m confident Cynthia will draw on her experience to help us add to our reseller and dealer networks and deliver unique value to our customers.”

With 23 years of experience in vendor financing, most recently as the leader of GE Capital’s Access GE team in the Americas, Caine has also held the post of leader for the northeast region of GE Capital’s Equipment Finance-Healthcare Financial Services business. Her vendor program experience includes technology, office imaging and telecommunications.
