IDS appoints Eldon Richards as chief technology officer

Global asset finance and origination technology company IDS has appointed Eldon Richards as chief technology officer.

Richards (pictured) brings more than 20 years of enterprise software product development and global technology leadership to IDS and will lead the development of all products including the IDScloud platform, which is based on the InfoLease portfolio management and Rapport origination tools.

He joins from Software-as-a-Service provider Redondo Technology, which provides revenue cycle management for healthcare organisations and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

David Hamilton, chief executive officer of IDS, said: “Eldon’s deep technical expertise, leadership qualities and extensive experience in disruptive technologies make him a perfect fit for IDS.

“Eldon will be an invaluable asset as we look to further the functional capabilities of our market leading products and explore new ways to leverage technology to drive further efficiency, scalability and innovation for our customers.”
