Leasing Professionals Haydock Finance strengthens employee wellbeing and development programme Published: 16th January 2025 Share Haydock Finance is continuing the roll out its comprehensive wellbeing and development programme, designed to support the mental, physical, and emotional health of its employees. Central to the programme is the Zenval Programme, a unique initiative spearheaded by Paralympian Tim Lodge. This programme which specialises in one-to-one coaching, focuses on mindfulness, stress management, and overall well-being, helping employees thrive both inside and outside of work. This innovative approach has been incredibly well received across the company, with staff reporting increased focus and motivation, and overall wellbeing. Tim Lodge commented: “At Haydock Finance, I focus on helping individuals unlock clarity, growth, and resilience. Through the Zenval Programme, employees are guided to reshape their thought patterns, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being. This isn’t counselling—it’s about providing practical tools and strategies to enhance mental and physical health, both in and out of the workplace. “The results have been transformative with team members feeling more in control at work and in their personal lives, breaking through long-held limitations and discovering new levels of clarity, confidence, and purpose. This work is about more than performance, it’s about creating a foundation for healthier, more fulfilling lives,” Lodge added. The wellbeing programme also integrates broader training initiatives that focus on professional development, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence, enabling staff to excel in both their personal and professional lives. By combining practical training with an emphasis on holistic well-being, Haydock Finance is empowering its workforce to thrive in a balanced and sustainable way. Debbie Hallam, Head of HR at Haydock Finance, said: “At Haydock Finance, we are committed to supporting our employees in all aspects of their lives. The wellbeing programme is an extension of our commitment to creating a healthy and supportive working environment. We believe that by taking a holistic approach—embracing the principles of Zenval programme —we are fostering a culture where employees can continually grow, learn, and prioritise their well-being. It’s about ensuring that our team has the tools and support they need to succeed, both personally and professionally.” The strengthening of the wellbeing and development programme is just one part of Haydock Finance’s broader commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
