Bluestone launches new property finance division

Independent commercial finance brokerage Bluestone has announced the launch of its new Property Finance Division, marking a significant expansion of its services. The new division will offer specialist and competitive financing solutions to businesses and property investors across the UK, supporting property purchases, refinancing, refurbishments, and developments.

As part of this strategic expansion, Bluestone has appointed Paul Bagnall as the first Head of Property Finance. Paul brings 22 years of experience in property finance, spanning both brokerage and lending. His role will involve overseeing all aspects of Bluestone’s property finance services, which include commercial and buy-to-let mortgages, bridging loans, and property development finance.

The launch of this new division builds upon Bluestone’s existing suite of commercial finance offerings, which already includes asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and vehicle finance. Bluestone also partners with UK-based B2B businesses to provide their customers with finance options at the point of sale.
