J3405 – Legal Recoveries Executive (18 mth FTC) – UK, Slough / Berks / Bucks (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

£30,000 – £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.

J3405 – New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for a Legal Recoveries Executive (on an 18 month fixed term contract).

• You will be responsible for maximising recoveries and minimising losses on your own portfolio of bad debt cases.
• Ensure the legal and commercial interests of the business are protected at all times.
• The desire and ability to overcome barriers and resolve arrears & bad debt situations in order to achieve revenue goals (both team and individual) is key to this role.
• Experience within collections/recoveries.
• Knowledge of contracts and consumer credit would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Court Process (smalls claims – essential / fast track, multitrack – preferred).
• Experience issuing a recoveries claim and managing through the court process would be advantageous.
• Banking, Leasing or Finance industry experience is preferred.
• £30,000 – £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Slough / Berks / Bucks (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
