Big banks and a few independent lenders have traditionally dominated the vendor finance market with brokers only getting a look-in when hard-to-lend-to end customers don’t fit the primary lenders lending appetite. The emergence of a new breed of tech-savvy brokers however is creating increased interest from brokers keen to win an increased share of the vendor business, attempting to displace the lender as the primary in the relationship, offering vendors a more comprehensive finance service for their end-customers whatever their credit worthiness.
