News Teamwill acquires ARC Global Services Published: 5th June 2024 Share Anis ChakrounChairperson and Founder of Teamwill Teamwill, a French IT services and consulting company dedicated to credit and specialised financing, has announced the acquisition of ARC Global Services. The move confirms Teamwill’s ambition for leadership in the European leasing market. Founded in 2021, ARC Global Services is recognised for its expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO), service centre management, and IT consulting in the leasing sector. This acquisition strengthens Teamwill’s strategic position with their clients and expands their service offerings, particularly through the integration of ARC’s IT CDS and BPO activities. By integrating these new activities, Teamwill can offer end-to-end solutions, from consulting and implementing innovative solutions to outsourcing business processes, for their leasing customers. Teamwill noted that, “The expertise of ARC’s 60 employees will enhance our capabilities, particularly in service centre management and IT consulting. This merger represents a genuine opportunity for synergy, combining ARC’s technical expertise with Teamwill’s strategic vision.” Driss Hazzaf, President and Founder of ARC, will continue to lead the company’s activities and will contribute to the growth of the leasing offering for the Teamwill group.
