Appointments CHP Consulting appoints Igor Szabados as head of business development EMEA Published: 4th April 2016 Share CHP Consulting, provider of ALFA Systems, a best-in-class software platform used by top asset finance providers worldwide, has appointed of Igor Szabados to the role of head of business development, EMEA. Szabados joins CHP after five years with Cassiopae, another provider of asset finance software. He will spearhead CHP’s objective of further expansion on the European continent and beyond. Igor Szabados said: “I’m excited to be working for the industry benchmark company, and introducing CHP and ALFA Systems to new markets and clients. While it’s clear that ALFA is the forerunner in the market, it is the quality of CHP’s people that has impressed me most. I’m looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship.” Steve Taplin, CHP’s global sales director, (pictured below) said: “Igor brings to CHP 15 years in business development, of which 10 were in asset finance and five with a competitor. We’re delighted to welcome him to the fold and add his experience to our proposition in the EMEA markets.” Szabados holds an MBA from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and attended the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Among his career highlights is the signing and seeing through to completion of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest asset software finance implementation, between 2012 and 2014.
