3stepIT, a provider of circular technology services with over four million devices under management, has announced its strategic expansion into the North American market. This move builds on the company’s strong foundation of success in Europe, where it has been supported by BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, a Joint Venture with BNP Paribas.

With the establishment of its headquarters in Texas and dedicated sales hubs across other US states and Canada, 3stepIT is poised to deliver its industry-leading IT lifecycle services to enterprise clients in North America. The company is committed to offering the same efficient, resilient, and sustainable service delivery model that has been successful in Europe.

In addition, 3stepIT plans to open a dedicated refurbishment centre in the US by the end of 2025, further solidifying its presence in the region. The company is also onboarding a team of experienced professionals to launch its data centre lifecycle services division, enhancing its already diverse portfolio of corporate technology and IT devices. This expert team will facilitate initiatives across North America and Europe, expanding 3stepIT’s service delivery capabilities to better serve customer needs across the entire IT spectrum.

Jakob Lagander, CEO of 3stepIT, stated: “Entering the North American market represents a significant milestone for 3stepIT.

“The expansion into data centres also marks an important step towards offering our customers complete end-to-end lifecycle services in a sector that sits at the very heart of conversations around the impact of technology on the environment. By integrating sustainable practices with operational efficiency through our services, we aim to address these challenges head-on while supporting our customers’ growth plans.”

Jonas Rosqvist, Global Chief Expansion Officer at 3stepIT, added: “We are excited to enter the North American market at this pivotal time of rapid data centre growth, driven by the increasing demands of AI and advanced computing.

“As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, the need for scalable, efficient, sustainable, and high-performance infrastructure has never been greater. We see a significant opportunity to bring our expertise and innovative solutions to support businesses in the region navigating this transformative era.”
