Time Finance has announced the appointment of Kelly Johnson as Business Development Manager within its Invoice Finance division.

In her new role, Johnson will lead efforts to grow Time Finance’s footprint across Birmingham, the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Cheshire, working closely with a wider network of intermediaries to deliver flexible funding solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Johnson joins Time Finance with seven years of experience in the invoice finance sector, having held sales and management roles at Novuna Business Cash Flow. During her tenure, she developed extensive expertise in supporting SME owners by tailoring finance solutions that fuel business growth and stability.

“I’m excited to be joining Time Finance at such an important stage of its growth journey,” Johnson said. “Building strong relationships and supporting local businesses is something I’m really passionate about. The business has a fantastic culture and a clear strategy for growth, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that by helping more SMEs access the funding they need to succeed.”

Her appointment follows a series of key hires, including Tom Ludden and Paul Rice, as the Invoice Finance division continues to expand its operations and strengthen regional coverage.

Andy Hume, Head of Sales (North) at Time Finance, commented: “Kelly’s appointment is a great addition to our growing team. Her experience and drive will be key as we continue to expand our reach across Cheshire and the Midlands. We’re delighted to have her on board as we build on our momentum and further strengthen our position in the region.”
