The Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 returns for its fifth year

The Leasing Foundation has launched its fifth annual 30 under 30 initiative, celebrating the next generation of asset finance leaders who are making a real difference in the industry today.

Supported once again by Asset Finance Connect and sponsored by Acquis, the Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 celebrates individuals aged 29 and under who are driving progress, inspiring others and shaping the future of the asset finance and leasing sector.

Who can be nominated?

Nominations are open to UK-based professionals working in asset finance or leasing – either at a lender or a service provider – who will be 29 or younger on 30 September 2025. Candidates can nominate themselves or be nominated by a colleague or peer.

Successful entries will showcase at least two of the following:

• Exceptional performance in their role
• Mentoring or coaching peers or junior colleagues
• Leading or influencing change in their business
• Championing diversity, equity and inclusion
• Promoting the asset finance sector beyond their day-to-day role
• Volunteering or community/charitable involvement

Entries should be 1–2 pages long and submitted along with a headshot, full name and company name plus link to LinkedIn profile to hello@leasingfoundation.org by Friday 12 September 2025.

A panel of independent judges will review all submissions, with the final list unveiled at a special industry event in Q4 2025.
