Surveyor / Valuer – Northern England / Midlands

To £75k plus company car / car allowance and bonus.

Our client is part of a group of companies who are the leader in asset survey and valuations. Through growth and expansion they are looking to add to their team.

The Role

We’re looking for and experienced Surveyor, preferably with RICS or NAVA qualifications but not essential as the company could support you with this qualification. The role will primarily cover the North and Midlands with flexibility to cover broader regional work as required. The candidate should have a proven record working in the valuation of chattel assets and experience working in insolvency valuations is a preference. The candidate should have great interpersonal skills with high-quality output; A Strong work ethic and inclination to work under time pressure and deliver to deadlines. A client following would be of interest but is not essential.

You will also work toward meeting both personal and team targets, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities:

• Working independently and as part of our team to deliver valuations of chattel and other assets predominantly for the insolvency sector
• Take ownership and be responsible for each case, ensuring they are progressed to agreed standards.
• Obtain all relevant documentation ongoing and ensure that it is saved down to the relevant case file.
• Site attendances and desk top based work
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure cases are progressing as expected.
• Ensure work in progress values are agreed and processed in accordance with time recorded.
